My friend and I had an absolute blast at the the Irish Coffee Masterclass & Whiskey Tasting. Derek was so fun, knowledgeable, and passionate about Irish whiskey. I am not much of a whiskey drinker but had so much fun learning about the history of Irish whiskey and trying some top notch spirits. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Dublin!

One of my favorite experiences in Dublin! The Palace Bar is historic and family-owned for 200 years. We enjoyed an intimate cocktail mixing class upstairs with a knowledgeable master mixer who shared fascinating whiskey history. It was the perfect way to kick off our trip and really helped us get into the Irish vibe. A warm, welcoming start to any visit in Ireland!

I took an Irish Coffee class in Dublin with Patrick, who was knowledgeable and friendly. The upstairs whiskey bar at The Palace is a stunning Victorian spot. Patrick and Derek were great hosts. We made a delicious Irish coffee and learned how easy it is to create this drink. Afterwards we got a lot of information about whiskey and also a bit about Irland. The experience was definitely a lot better than our tour at the whiskey museum. We highly recommend it!

He knows so much about Irish whiskey & we loved his knowledge of the history of Powers Whiskey and his wit and fun was just the best. He’s a true Dub and a pure beath of fresh air. It was such a fun thing to do with friends and I would highly recommend the class. Not to be missed.
